I agree it is the best game ever, though if you are running XP then you need to install a patch...and that patch requires a cd key, i think, so if the download is less-than-legal then you re out of luck. Believe me, I tried...

Huh, I didn't have to. I played it on XP. It was just install and play for me. :]

They were supposedly making a new one for ps3, same game just updated graphics. But it was just a tech demo

nawww it's the bestest game in the whole of existance!!!!  plus! it's going to be released as a full game in updated graphics as well as the advent children storyline, game.. also al the spin offs.. bloody amazing =D i love final fantasy and it's funn you should mentino it now because i love playing it at christmas, best thing in the ever and also i got ff7 for xp and it worked fine.. hahaha
