    Default Amazing sunset!

We had an amazing sunset today. Made a panorama. Note that this is the untouched image. Taken with my Cokin sunset filter.
This is size 16%.. Original is over 12,000 px wide. :/ I'm thinking of using it for some matte or something. Just wanted to share! There might be some patterns in there. Just threw this together without checking details. So it will be fixed later...

And I know that I ignored fixing the buildings when merging the pictures together. It's because I'm not gonna include them in the matte, if I make one. :P Now you know why.

I love the center clouds; it looks awesome. I think you could sharpen the outer parts of the clouds a little, especially on the right, and it would look real nice. They seem a little dull. None the less, its a very cool shot.
    This is me.

Only the center part would be shown in the matte. Thanks!

Wow, beautiful.. And what is a matte? Clouds are extremely cool. Looks like lava... And a technical question, what aperture did you use?
If you'll ever use it as a panorama, I think you should (besides fixing some of the buildings) clone away the tree-branches on the far left..

A matte painting; creating a scene that doesn't exist, using any means necessary. Could be painting, photo manipulation, 3D, you name it... It's often used for backgrounds in film.

    I think I used F11.
