Looking for C4D Help

I'm looking for some help relating to C4D. I have a "demo" version of C4D but I haven't the SLIGHTEST clue how to use it. I know how to create a new file, save a file, and open a file, and that's about it. I've looked all over the internet and can't find any sources that are as n00b as I am. So I am looking for someone here to help me, or someone to point me in the direction of a good tut they recommend. Anyways, hope you guys can be as helpful as I am a n00b at C4D.

I have, I looked on Pixel2Life and any other sites I can find, but I haven't found anything n00b enough. But I did find Virulent's tut here about his "crystalize" technique. That actually taught me enough now to mess around with and learn the basics. But thanks for the help and now I can look for some stuff that's a LITTLE more advanced... ;D
