    it took me 2 2gb card of shots, and all afternoon to take this shot as i wanted :S so comment :P haha

    comments and critics are welcome
    hope you like it

    PS. the title is because this kind of pelicans have to take a Plunge-diving to get food (fishes)

    I really like the shot. I like it a lot and your post obviously shows how challenging it was to capture it. I don't see anything really wrong with the picture, partly because there aren't many "elements" to the piece. The only thing I'm not personally keen on is the angle at which you took it. I'd like to see the shot with the ocean at the right angle in the background. But other than that's, it's incredible!

    Very nice, must have been hard to capture that.
    Maybe try rotating it so the bird is facing down?

    well actually the pelican is facing down, because is gonna hunt a fish, they take a dive to hunt fishes

    thats why the Title of the shot :P

    i dont like it at all.. it sucks. srry its too plain and the water looks fake. i like the border though.

    Likenota, you obviously don't have a clue about the shot then.

    It's a really nice shot, the focus on the bird is superb I like the angle =) and i like the way the sky / sea splits the bird in two.
