wow T_T
maybe I should start of with easier songs >_>''

well, this is speculation really because i don't have my guitar in front of me. roll your thumb around to the outside of the neck like you're playing a violin or cello, push your fingers up really tall and squeeze your pinky in there. That's how i would play it, but I also have longer fingers.

I hate my short fingers
I wish I wasn't asian! D:<

Its not just fingers that are short on asians...
rofl jk.
Erm, yeah I can play it. Just dont use your middle finger, and its relatively easy.

hmm, any tips on how to improve my hand dexterity or so?
I'm kinda slow with chords >.>

Practice. It takes time, and chords are mostly muscle memory. A little practicing tip I got when playing cello... Hold your right forearm like the neck of the guitar and basically play on your arm. it sounds stupid, but it helps finger speed and remembering chord structures if you don't have your guitar handy.

The best and only way of progressing in guitar is repetition, If you want to be able to do something just repeatedly practise it over and over again.
In the case of chords, you just have to keep changing from one chord to the chord you are trying to get right, it may seem like a long stretch but if you keep attempting, practising and repeating it will get easier.
