Good start. Two things bother me though. When you hover the mouse over the buttons, they don't just go brighter, they kinda flash between dark and bright and then stops on bright. If it just went to bright it would be better IMO.
And the other thing is the picture. It's a bit too emtpy, if you had like a tree or some other foreground interest it would lift it lots, composition wise.

Don't give up this one, it's looking good!

I like it only advice i have is,

The banner does not match anything else, the scrolling toshiyan..com is WAAAAAAAAAAY TOOO FAST just looks very bad and takes your attention. The blue at the bottom stands out way to much and does not match.

The Toshiyan up and down loop.. Hurts my eyes, don't like it x.x; And the blue at the bottom doesn't match the orange o.0

I like the buttons going down and the simplicity of the layout. Altogether, it's nice =)

I'm not much of a flash wiz but that is nice! Good job. I noticed what Rabieshund mentioned to but I thought it was my eyes or something... Really nice, keep it up!
