The shadow is quite nice this way.
I think if you added a few affects to teh first one, it could be a really dominating picture

hm, yea, i would give a little contrast to the first one and play around a little with the curves. the 2. one is nice but too much yellow, hurts my eyes, i think its a little over done, and its grainy too :S
