    looks professional.
maybe some flash content, and a different banner.

    Looks good.

If it's a business website, I never see flash content as being needed; a website is to provide data, not to use so much flash it takes several hours to download if you're on 56K (And there are still people out there with it, sadly). Also, the people with text-only browsers (Again, some people use them... I have, in the past, but not much) would have problems... Anyway, enough of *that*

It doesn't scale well. Edit; It doesn't scale at all. Remember about "right" CSS properties... It might make it easier to see that if you drew it out in columns
Disks are always full. It is futile to try to get more disk space. Data expands to fill any void.

I agree with you on the flash, but not sure if I agree with you on the scale comment

The only thing is I'm having trouble (not really but it takes effort) to read the text because of the light grey to the white background. Does anyone else get that feeling?

    First look = LOOKS NICEEE!

    After 5seconds =

The links on the left 'home' etc. should be text IMO but thats just me. And the hover effect on the links on the right need to die, quickly and painfully. And preferably move somewhere else :/

Apart from that i think its nice

the huge light bulb takes attention off of the side bar and stuff along that side.. perhaps the bottom left or right would be better suited, as for flash.. flash isn't not needed in sites.. the idea of flash is to show a site aesthetically more pleasing than just a plain html/css site.. sure html can do the same thing, but with it being a web design site and flash is part of web design then it's needed..
