After a long break of photoshop and more online gaming I came back...I havent seen what styles are now "the bomb" so I tried sth old:

I like it alot, everything looks quite well blurred and smudged, The only suggestion that I could think of would be to keep it so much away from his head, it kindof makes it look really skinny and skewed.
