Just a little tip. As much as I love Family Guy, that quote was a little too long. Generally, the text on a sig is just the name of the sig and the name of the creator, and sometimes just the name of the creator. If you are going to put a quote keep it very short, like 4 or 5 words at the most. For the image aspect, I'd look through a few tutorials to learn a few things. We have some right here on these forums, and there are also some all over the internet.
I used to do the same thing with the text on my sigs so I feel where you are coming from.
