    Red face Looking for slicing and coding tutorial

    So i wanna make my own customized website.

    Im gonna make my graphics etc.

    I need a tutorial so that i can code the content boxes, navbars.

    EVERYTHING!

    ive tried to find something but have had no luck

    Nyone here know any good tutorials?

    Got a question, #2

    Designing a site from scratch is an in depth process.

    As for slicing a design in photoshop. I suggest doing it by hand. print out the layout, then take a pencil and begin drawing boxes. A may do a tutorial on that... Just to further explain the technique. It also requires a good bit of coding knowledge, so you know how to slice things.

    Slicing is quite simple. If you know the HTML rules and the way everything aligns.
    Just make sure everything you slice is always straight horizontal and does not vary its height in one specific part of the slice. If it does, when you add the images; it wont work.

    You can use DreamWeaver CS4 to help you with the Slicing.
