I'd really appreciate some constructive criticism on my drawings. As you can see, I like drawing portraits and cartoons (especially in manga style). Perhaps if I'll ever finish a digital drawing, I'll post it up, but since I'm a lazyass, I think that's gonna be difficult. :P
And most of these drawings are unfinished hehe.

These are awesome. You have a lot of skill. I especially like your shading. My favorite is the one

im not a fan of the anime one, her eyes look a bit glazed over, and it looks as though youve extended/stretched the side of her face to compensate for making the eye too big. as for the others, wow, especially the black and white one, great tones, and the hair looks amazing. the colour one, her face looks a little bit vertically stretched, but it still is quite impressive. all in all, way better than what i can do (i doddled on cartoons for too long :P )
