    Places. I use a copy of fontlab... There are also others around (Fontcreator has a fxcked demo on a par with the paint shop pro one ("You are on day 350 of your thirty day trial. [Continue] [Buy]"), you might want to try that) and I think there's an open source one somewhere, although it requires cygwin...
