Problem with Photoshop Help manual ?

This is the third time in a row that every after few months of installation, the 'Help' stops working. I don't exactly remember the message but on clicking a help title, it refuses to execute the given command. I have to reinstall the Photoshop to cure the problem but again after few days it repeats.

My version is Photoshop CS2 9.01. I have updated it to 9.02 but for no avail.

Will you please suggest a way to fix it up?

No, it doesn't look like this. Infact such problem appears when the application is not at all installed or has been removed and the only shortcut remains which must refer to a file to whcih it is ascribed. In my case everything seems normal. I can get to the list of help titles and as soon as one of them is clicked, the message appears that the help is corrupt and reinstalling may resolve the problem. ( or something similar - at this time it is working since I have recently re-installed it otherwise I would have shown what exactly the message is.)
