Photoshop "shift key"problem

Hmm ok you know in photoshop... Using the shift key keeps heights same and constrains proportions. All of a sudden this isn't happenin with me anymore :O

Is there a setting to turn this on and off?

you've got to hit it after you do ctrl t i think

also if i leev my computer on ntoo long without turning it off, the keys in photoshop start to fuk up. id try just restarting ur computer :P

or just restarting photoshop
if that doesnt work, you could check your shortcut keys ( edit > keyboard shortcuts, or something along those lines)
