    not good imo. i think its the fault of the renders your trying to use more than anything. if you cleaned up the background and got rid of the renders it would look ok though
    but as it is, 3/10... sry

    ok this might sound like a dumb question but, what are renders, im still kinda new to this ps mania. everything i know about ps is what ive taught myself, so im not to familiar with the lingo.

    the second version is much better. but you have trouble with lighting. see, the render (your main image, the man) should be thee highlight of the sig, but it is not. you should keep a contrast (at least a little one) between render and background. and the white things on the background appear to strong. set them to overlay maybe.
