my ex stuck a rough sponge to the end of a wooden spoon, worked quite well :]

I want to get out the nasty smell though =/. Oh, and sharp - very useful site =)

i always used very very hot water and rinsed it a bunch of times pipe cleaners and bottle brushes work well too. if you used any cleanign product i would use dish soap u know its safe right? lol and just rinse it well.
