sleek vector, i like the gradients. some weird shapes in the hair and could use some more levels/details but nice overall. i wouldn't leave the bg transparent though, doesn't look good against the blue.
Very smooth and simple. It could definitely go on and advertisment or a poster with a few extra things. I don't think the hair needs more detail. I like the simple look. Nice job.
