i like it, the only thing i would say is, maybe different color on the right side, like try using the color of her eyeshadow and lipstick.

the blue and green color catches my eyes in a wierd way not so big fan.

I can still see some green in the BG so the green on the right seems to fit. good job. the second one on the bottom looks really cool. i think of stealth kills when i look at it. pic from guild wars?
