thanx guys! yea the vase was tough cuz i used splines for it, so i had to keep on re-arranging the points on it but i didnt think of adding a hypernurb.
edit: well that came out wrong, i did think about it, but i didnt think it would help. hows that? no i still sound stupid. ahh forget it.

Wowh, that stuff is awsome mate!! :0)
Is it difficult to make something like that?
How long did it took?
9.2 for the animation

modeling the vase was the hard part. you use splines to make the edge, but you have to make them extremelyclose together or else you'll have 3 inch bullet-proof glass on a freakin vase if you know what i mean. so you have to edit like each point and make it as close and straight as you can. the animation was perty easy. if you look at the vase closely you can tell that i screwed up in some places cuz theres like a ring around the vase. it almost looks intentional tho!

i really think the nurb made a BIG difference, it looks a whole lot more realistic, not as choppy and a whole lot more smooth, like glass would be. good job, i might have to try and model something like it, but not a vase.
