Wallpaper Critque please?

Alright I havn't done photoshop in like a year but I decided to make a wallpaper for my girlfriend soo here it is, critques would be nice.

maybe I didn't make the hearts I put in, very opaque,the background don't show up

The backround looks like a lot of brushes, pretty boring, and a bit pixelated. I'd try adding more too it...

It needs more colour than just pink, try some red's or something, i would say use Adobe Kuler to try some stuff, but the Dulux website does the same for free. XD

the background is very boring, no depth really. the font and the heart look very cool. to be honest i dont like it much, but im not one for those super pink and cute images anyway, im just bias.
