    Has anyone drawn something then edited it in photoshop, like filling it in with colours and all??

    The most common way is to do the lineart first. That means only the lines, no color. You do it on a separate layer with either a hard brush, vector lines or use levels to isolate the lines. Then you could create a new layer and place it under the lineart. Then just grab a hard brush and start painting on that layer with color!

    If you've got illustrator it'd be a lot easier.
