Default New car vexor (after a while)

    Firstly hello again!
here's my most recent work, yet again im going for a slightly different style and trying desperatly to add more rective properties into my Vectors, please note that no effects were used to create these images, only my very own eyes, a mouse, pen tool and Paintbrush.
    Feel Free to comment.
THis one is not the original, but a slight change in the contrast and harshness of the shadoes. Below this one is the orignial.

looks pretty good, but why such low quality?
the window looks a bit unrealistic, but the rims are nice

I think it woulda looked better if you'd either made the rims looks more plain, or make the rest of the car look more complex.

The difference in complexity/quality just looks a bit strange. Other than that i'd say it looks cool

hiya guys thanks for the feedback, i dont know why its suddenly gone really low quality, i mean its a high resolution image? ill see if i can sort it out.
Yeh the rims do tend to draw the observers eye dont they, the windows thats how they look on the original, not sign of the interior, i could change that though, really its difficult to be consistant, im trying very hard to incorperate, detail, shading and reflectivity. Its hard trust me . But ill keep on at it thats for sure.

yeah it doesn't look vector.. since .. well what's with all the pixelation, that looks like you resized the jpg or whatever you saved it as afterwards ( don't quote me on the format )

yeah, you have a serious mix of high quality and low quality image here. some of the reflections on the body of the car look very jumbled and messy, the windows look lazy, yet the head lights and the rims are perfect. Also, those lines are very pixelated, you would probably be better off to remove them all together, or make them alot less apparent.

it must have something to do with the resolution i set it at in order to post them, as in the two originals, all the lines are smooth. Yeh if you see the original, you will see that i actually used it very little, i used my own knowlege of lighting and reflectivity to add such reflections as clouds. in fact i will post the original or better a link. so i can show you the windows, (since many of you think im obviously lazy, read ahead and then youll know that i am indeed not)
    Here it is,
    http://www.allcarwallpapers.com/koen...9031/1024x768/
resolutions is 1024x768 and lets not forget that whatever resolution the original image, the same resolution will be applied to your vector.
The reason why the shadoes look a bit scruffy was because they are. i used the Paintbrush tool to create every spec of Shading and reflections (apart from the Headlights, rims and windows) so i was trying to achieve reflections, but im having a tough time finding a Vectorising method that suits me in terms of realism and cartoon re-creation.
