It looks really good. But i'm not a fan of that kind of border but good job regardless on the smudging.

Heh, I actually like it. But some more blending would be nice. I mean all of a sudden I see Mario in blue in red.

wow nice job. great work. i reckon you could work on blending the mario render into the background more though.. creating a foreground layer maybe?

Yeah, well I was more experimenting with the smudging than with the render placing actually :P
The render I kinda threw on at the end so yeah.
