    Default Smudge Settings

    I need some help, I am using Photoshop 7 and I am trying to adjust the smudge tool settings but it will only let me change the shape dynamics and other dynamics. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I had the same problem when i was using PS 7.. The way i fixed it was by downloading cs2 lol.

    have you tried changing brushes or restarting photoshop
