Painting Tuts?

i recently bought a tablet and I am looking to see if anyone had some good basic tuts to teach em soem of teh basics of painting and / or speedpainting. I am tyring to find some btu it is harder to findtehm than i thougth does anyone have tips tuts or suggestions?
