blending help!

i have found the tutorial on this once but for the past 2 hours i cant find it so i decided to just ask...it was something with using clouds to blend backgrounds or something like that.

i might not have explained it right but something about rendering clouds to blend things together anyone know what im talkin bout?¿

it's a sig with cloud and it uses render > clouds to blend cloud into the clouds.

thanks for ur help...its kinda what im talking about...let me just explain what im trying to do. i have been working on abstracts well i want to blend them together better. this one tut i found said something like add a layer render clouds then render diff clouds then setting the blending mode on that layer to ___? or something like.
if you dont know about the whole cloud blending thing do u know how to blend abstracts better. the abstracts i made was by using filters i dont know if that makes a difference.
