the BG, or the crazy glowy lighting behind him? :P The Bg is just a screenshot of Raptor's stage, with a Brush Stroke-Spatter on it, set to overlay(?) and colorized. The lighting...thats a reaallllyy long story; most of it I honestly was just experimenting. Lots of smudging, Wave filters, Ripple filters, different blend modes, some blurring/sharpening...etc
