love the simplistic look. nice details in the hair. left (right actually) hand doesn't look too bad... i think it's just the angle. either way it's nice overall.

Thanks for the comments. About her right hand, I was trying to show it at an angle and slightly curled, but in my style it is hard to show perspective well.

No, I have yet to do this from complete scratch, I am learning anatomy, fashion, hair styles and flow to be able to, but for now I use stock images, and sometimes have to finish them off.
