Fake vector

Looks like a real vector huh. Well, it fake lol. Saw a tut on how to do it at while back.

It's a picture of Mt. Rainier which is in my home state, Washington.

well to be honest no it doesnt look like a real vectr i have seen a tons of tut like this too hehe

it looks more painted than vectorized to me, still cool though

if that looks like any type of vector, it's a flash vector. and barely that, sorry. what it looks like is the cutout filter overlayed with a gaussian blur of the pic. which, tecnically, would make it a fake vexel.
