slow down. ; just a sketch

Just a quick sketch, I had a dream about someone sitting by a door sill looking into a kitchen or something. o-o
Well anyways; as you can see I have issues drawing hands. And feet. And bodies. and like everything else :]
Does anyone have any tips on making this look more relaxed and natural in general? And on getting down hands and feet ;o And any suggestions on what should be beyond the door; still a kitchen, or something more interesting?
Ah who knows. Thanks for your help ♥

practice, practice, practice. youve got talent, so keep it up. look for books on anatomy, figure drawing, stuff like that. use refrences, like a picture or have a friend pose. just keep practicing.

I think its good and yes its just practise practise.

Yup, thanks :] I guess I'll have to keep at it; it should work out in the end.

Wow! This is pretty nice!
The only proportion is messed up is her butt. Just a tad bit to big.
If her back was bent forward more, it would be right.

^ mebe she's black?
great sketch, love the style, and like everyone else said, just keep practicing.
references could help a lot also.

because the area behind the girls head kind of suggests that there is some kind of movement going on there, and the floor as a sheen. I would make the "something" behind the door Movement such as wind, rain or even a light source. You could then introduce maybe a reflection on the wet floor or deeper shadows if you go with light.
I wouldnt be too worried about the anatomy, I wish I could draw that well.
just my 2 cents worth.

Thanks for the help everyone :]
And thanks for the in depth critique jonny; I'll have to think about those and then see what I can fix I may just remove the walls altogether and have her sitting somewhere else. I'll experiment more later, going to sleep now. ♥
