Text could use some work, also colors are very monotone. bg is very good, it doesnt look good that you placed the man to the left.

yh its a gud sig but i prefer v1 better and i dont think the colours go IMO so try doing some gradient maps or some thing with your colours but if your happy with whaht youve done den gud job
