Im not into photography as much, these just happened to look very good to me after i had them printed when i got home.

Some nice pics, but some of them seem kinda blurry and lq
But great stocks/backgrounds

if you want to make a nice photo blur effect do it like this instead:

Duplicate your background layer (The Picture)
Go to: Layer -> Layer Mask -> Reveal All

Then goto Image -> Apply Image and put the blending mode to normal, then apply.

Select your layer then goto: Noise -> Median set it to 10px ~~.
Then select the layer mask and go to Filter->Blur-Gaussian Blur and set it to desired amount, not to high, this is just to highlight some.
Now if you wish to you can duplicate this and change blending modes to get more high lights or down lights, or just go to Image->Adjustments->Levels or Brightness Contrast and play around
