Is there any software available which can help me out in removing watermarks from the images?

Well, no. Mainly because chances are if there is an image with a watermark on it. People dont want you to use it.

And also no i don't think it would be possible.

You'd need to paint over it by hand. But like has been said, if it has a watermark then you should be using it without the mark. it's there for a reason.
