This sig looks pretty filtered. The only thing that really stands out to me is the gaussian blurred layer that you put on a weird blending mode to make it look all watercolory + blurry. I'd say get rid of that to make it sharper and then it'd be easier to CNC it more. sry

Version 2 is much better. Try cropping out the characters without any trails, though

Gaussian blur on darken, right?
I like the version without it. Maybe blend the cutout more? It's really busy, but not bad. I like the way you have the text. Most people make it small or out o the way, but I like the big text in this case. Kinda looks like it's part of the picture.
Look around at some tuts and learn about blending and lighting, you'll notice the difference right away.
