    Default I went to Minneapolis...

For those of you that don't know thats the city in Minnesota. We spent like 4 hours there walking through the entire city. I took more photo's than i have ever taken before it was really cool. I have a lot more coming but i thought I'd post these awhile.

Btw I used Martin's tutorial on sharpening for the first and second one, but i kind of dabbled on a few steps. Thanks for the tut martin it helps a ton.

First ones nice, shame about the far left being out of focus - use higher apertures? It kinda needs to be more exagerated blur, or none at all - at the moment its kinda as if its between the two? I dont know, maybe you wanted that effect.
I like the second one, not much to say.
    The third, is underexposed.
Try using the hdr technique, and then merging the hdr with the current photo. It will bring out more details in the structure and bricks
    Overall, very good work.

    Yeah thats alot nicer imo.
It all depends what you want to acheive from the photo
If you want to ONLY draw the eye to the staircase, the blur, and infact more of it, is great.
Otherwise, I dunno, no blur is better.

@ rob - I know what you mean. I'm trying to work more with depth and i was trying to get a better DOF, but it musta worked against me.

Minneapolis is great. --I like your pictures...I'd critique, but that's not exactly my area of expertise.
