    Default Carnage

This is something I tried a few nights ago.

Then I found a tut on here for the pattern and a buddy of mine (Who got me into gfx told me it looks a bit better)

The one without the pattern looks better. But there's a lack of contrast. It could look better

Does it? I was looking at it and was starting to think so. If you could give me a few tips on how to drop it's contrast some it would help.

You would want your render to be the focal point. Having it in the same color as the background can complicate things and make it all float together. Maybe lower the red or use more colors in this to make Carnage stand out more?
