 Well...
These are one of my better sigs, but there does seam to be something wrong... Is it the background, or should I blue a texture around Mario and Luigi some more?

They all look good but I have a tendency to hate the lines x.x and the Mario is hard to see

Green and red, while good during Christmas, DO NOT match. I actually hate that bg, sorry. You can't really do anything with it unless you change it. Two focals never work out IMO.

Kind of harsh, but I know... I can do better if I get the time.

Hmm i would recommend you to try out some tuts, the bg isnt that good although the blending from red to green isnt bad, the scanlines in the bg kills the text, and are not so exciting to look at. Perhaps make a more detailed bg, with some more effects in it, and like said above to focal point usually dont do any good.
