The shot of your dog looks like it was manipulated tbh, it doesn't do it for me. if you get rid of the dog it would be a lot better.

Going under and following the ditch are really good. My favorite is follow the ditch. It looks very peaceful and the sky is great.

My favourite is going under and farmers field. I like the feeling in both.
Other than that, i can only say that you have gotten some good shots here^^
