I can't find where it shows the brush preset pallete

Yup i have the photoshop elements 6.0 and i'm having trouble where you can define your brush tip and all that stuff. I've googled it tons of times and still can't find where it is. Can anyone help me?

Some functions aren't available in Elements. But in CS+ it's in the brush options in the brush menu.
