    Well dunno what to call the background :P
    and yes its basic
    feel free to mix it up..

    1) Make background black
    2) Filter>Render>Lens Flare
    3) Use defult settnings and put the lens flare in the MIDDLE!!..
    4) The Filter>Sketch>Chrome Defult settnings (4/7)
    5) Just go and hue it to another color =)

    This could make for a very interesting and effective light source.I'll tuck this one away and try it out as a light source when the time comes..Thanks.

    Hehe i'm going to name this HAL 9000 Eye Tutorial, becuase it kinda looks like the eye from 2001: A Space Odyssey. Nice tutorial mate! Keep up the good work, I love it!

    Simple tutorial, short and sweet. Like the glowing eye effect. Thanks for sharing with us.
