Got an idea just dont have the talent, lol.
i wanna take this picture-

and replace the heart with this-

But instead of it saying one hit wonders i'd like it to say Electro Rewind.

The first picture is the work of a member called Garis you need to ask for his permission before you attempt anything.

Probably be a fairly tedious task to do looking at how detailed and layered that image is.
You could just try copying that style and trying your own version but I guess that's not what you are looking for.
