Well, the text is a bit odd and the color makes some parts unclear.

What I relly like is the ring effect 'round the guitars and Zacky's finger
Some nice c4ds, only the ones over Zacky's head are a bit awkward, blue and fit doesn't fit there :P

The duplicate dosn't fit at all, and the text steals a bit to much of the focal, but otherwise great job

Yea I agree, lose the duplicate and tone down the text.
