Pretty cool, I saw something like this before awhile ago, but your version is better.What render is that? it looks awesome.

The text could use some changing.
Try a smaller font and get rid of the outer glow[?] it really puts too much emphasis on the text and distracts from the sig.

The bg is nice though. as well as the bledning and effects, however I wonder if the texture on the BG is necessary? maybe lower the opacity on it so it's a bit flatter?

Also the render could use a bit of sharpening. The sharp BG and the kind of dull render is a bit odd feeling.

It's looking very good. I would try it out and see how it looks.
