    Default Photoshop Painting problem

    Hi guys
I moved to work on Photoshop (digital painting)
but it seems that there is something wrong going with my brushes

I used photoshop before but for photo editing and some sort of designing but not painting

the brush jump and took about less than second to reply which gives me straight and hard line

I did almost everything to solve this problem but no luck

I deleted photoshop secondary files (the ones in the applications data folder )

I installed the program I even installed the previous version of PS.

I played a lot with the brushes settings ( smoothing, shape dynamic bla bla bla )

and I face the same problem on another pc

here are the hardware of both pc

PC 1 : 1.8 GHZ Intel CPU, 1 G of ram, build in VGA 64 ram
    PC 2 : 3.0 GHZ Intel CPU, 1.5 of ram, Nvidia FX 5200 ( 256 ram )

same problem with mouse and tablet, so is it hardware issue ?
for the truth I'm afraid to change my hardware and find my self in front of the same problem
by the way there is no such problem with corel painter

here's an example of what I face when I tried to reach the letter S
    with very soft move

I can't say for sure, but it looks pretty normal to me. Photoshop eats up an assload of resources, and therefore the tablet can lag a bit. You might want to update your tablet drives though. have you tried the feathered brushes? I find I have less lag with them for some reason.

Make sure your only running photoshop when your doing this for the least lag. However I'm with unit it seems pretty normal, happens to me all the time.
