Photoshop setup error

What dose this mean?
How do i fix it?

All I have done so far is downloaded and clicked setup

I have PS3 and had no errors installing. not sure what is going on with urs.

Are you on 64-bit Windows Vista? CS3 isn't compatible with x64.
