Reversing brushes?

Is there any way to reverse/rotate a brush, with out making a new layer and transforming it?

check out the brush options. you can rotate, but i don't understand what you mean by reversing it. there's no bounding box to reverse it into...so you'd basically have to do it by hand (using the eraser tool on a filled layer or filled area)

When I say reversing I mean flipping vertically/horizontally.

It was actually just under the brush settings, there was an option to flip x and y axis, so I hit em, and the brush was flipped!

hrm, what version are you using... i didn't find that on mine.

Flip the canvas then brush then flip back, thats what I do "/
