All we ask is that you respect your fellow designers work the same way you want them to respect yours. Remember there is no right or wrong way to make a sig,wallpaper or template it's all personal preference.
CNC stands for comments and criticism:
That means expressing what you like or dislike about another designers work. When commenting please try to keep an open mind about the piece, although it may not be your "style" try to be fair and judge it for what it is.
Heres an example of a bad cnc :
text sucks, background is weak render isn't blended enough, go back to your etch a sketch you suck.
That does nothing to help the designer improve his skills and is useless.
Try to say what could be improved in the piece and give some helpful advice and encouragment..
Also don't forget the noobs need help the most and look up to some of you designers for guidance and advice. Don't forget we were all noobs once, some longer then others tongue.gif .
Also please refrain from posting nudity or racist images in your designs.
Let's all help make CX a place to learn as well as a place showoff.
