    ive got a trial but how do you make it so the file size isnt huge? and how do you make it so you can talk when your recording

    get dr. divx and encode it or make it a .swf or bink it (dont ask, google)

    Well you need a mic for a start, I've made a 8min video with sound and it had a file size of 14mb which ain't bad, you can reduce the size by changing the video size and having no audio will also reduce it right down.

    When you go to produce the video, save it as streaming video for windows media player.
