Question About .png

yo,
got a problem with the .png files
i can open it the same day as i saved the render,
but the day after, i can't open the .png files anymore
i get this mistake:

"Couldn't export your request, because the module interface for the truce size the document can't process"

and for the dutch people:

"kon uw verzoek niet uitvoeren omdat de module interface voor het bestandsformaat het document niet kan verwerken"
